Woody is provided by WildHappyCo.

You must be signed in to delete your Woody account inside the app. Deletion is initiated in-app, not only by email.

Deleting your account removes your Woody account and associated personal app data from active systems, including profile information, fitness profile, workout plans, logged workouts, exercise history, preferences, coach chat history, voice-derived text, and push notification tokens.

Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, backup, support, or compliance reasons.

Apple Subscriptions

If you have an active Apple subscription, cancel it in Apple subscription settings. Account deletion does not directly control Apple's billing record, subscription renewal, or purchase history.

Support Fallback

If the in-app deletion flow fails, email wildhappyco@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Woody account.

We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
