This Privacy Policy explains how WildHappyCo ("WildHappyCo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use Woody, our website at https://woody.fit, our mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
WildHappyCo provides Woody, a fitness application that helps users log workouts, receive workout recommendations, use voice logging, and get AI-powered fitness guidance.

2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide, information generated through your use of the Services, and limited information from service providers that help us operate Woody.
Account and Profile Information
We may collect your name, email address, account login information, subscription status, preferences, and settings.
Fitness and Wellness Information
We may collect fitness and wellness information you choose to provide, including workout logs, exercises performed, sets, reps, weights, training history, goals, progress, injuries or limitations you enter, and other fitness-related notes.
If you choose to connect Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, or similar health platforms in the future, we may collect the health and fitness data you authorize, such as activity, workout, recovery, or body measurement data. You can revoke these permissions in your device or platform settings.
We treat health and fitness information as sensitive information where applicable law requires it.
Voice Information
If you use voice logging or voice features, we may process audio input to transcribe or understand your request. Voice audio is deleted after processing and is not retained as an audio recording. We may retain resulting text, workout logs, actions, or related app data needed to provide the Services.
AI Inputs and Outputs
When you use AI-powered features, we may process prompts, workout context, profile preferences, fitness data, generated responses, and related usage information to provide recommendations and guidance.
Payment and Subscription Information
At launch, purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not collect or store your full credit card number or payment instrument details. We may receive limited purchase and subscription information, such as product purchased, subscription status, renewal status, transaction identifiers, and entitlement information.
If we later offer Stripe or another web checkout, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when that payment method becomes available.
Device, Usage, and Diagnostics Information
We may collect IP address, device type, operating system, app version, language, country or approximate location, log data, crash reports, performance data, feature usage, session activity, and interaction events.
Communications
If you contact us, we may collect your email address, message contents, and related support information.
3. Sources of Information
We collect information from:
- You, when you create an account, use Woody, log workouts, use voice features, contact us, or configure settings.
- Your device and app activity.
- Apple App Store and Google Play for purchase and subscription status.
- Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, or similar platforms if you choose to connect them.
- Service providers that help us operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Services.
4. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Create, authenticate, and manage user accounts.
- Provide workout logging, recommendations, AI guidance, and voice logging.
- Personalize your experience and fitness recommendations.
- Process and verify subscriptions and purchases.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Services.
- Monitor performance, errors, abuse, and fraud.
- Provide support and respond to requests.
- Send service-related notices and, if permitted, product updates or marketing.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
5. AI Features
Woody includes features powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies. We may use AI service providers including Google Cloud AI, Groq, and OpenAI to process inputs, outputs, and relevant personal information so that Woody can provide AI-powered guidance.
AI-generated guidance may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. Woody does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, or safety-critical advice. Do not rely on AI outputs for emergency, medical, or safety-critical decisions.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
- Infrastructure, authentication, database, storage, and backend providers, including Supabase.
- Analytics and product improvement providers, including PostHog.
- Crash reporting and diagnostics providers, including Sentry.
- App development and delivery providers, including Expo.
- AI service providers, including Google Cloud AI, Groq, and OpenAI.
- Payment and subscription platforms, including Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Professional advisors, if needed for legal, accounting, compliance, or security purposes.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We do not share health and fitness data with insurers, employers, or third-party advertisers.
7. HealthKit, Google Fit, and Similar Health Platforms
If Woody integrates with Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, or similar platforms, we will only access data you authorize. We use health platform data only to provide and improve fitness-related features. We do not use HealthKit or Google Fit data for advertising. You can manage or revoke permissions through your device or platform settings.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
You can delete your account from inside the app. When you delete your account, we delete your account data from active systems immediately, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or compliance reasons. Backup copies and system logs may persist for a limited period before being deleted through normal retention cycles.
Voice audio is deleted after processing.
Apple and Google may retain payment and subscription records according to their own policies.
Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained for analytics, security, and product improvement.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You use the Services at your own risk and should keep your login credentials secure.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, including in the United States, Canada, India, or other regions, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing of your personal information.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your request, you may have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Marketing Choices
You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us. We may still send service-related messages, such as account, security, subscription, or policy notices.
12. Children's Privacy
Woody is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
13. International Data Transfers
We operate from India and may process information in India, the United States, Canada, and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location.
14. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer Do Not Track signals. There is currently no uniform standard for responding to these signals, so we do not respond to them at this time.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, or other appropriate means.
