This Privacy Policy explains how WildHappyCo ("WildHappyCo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use Woody, our website at https://woody.fit, our mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Who We Are
WildHappyCo provides Woody, a fitness app for workout planning, workout logging, AI coaching, and voice coaching.
Woody is not intended for children under 13. Users ages 13 to 17 may use Woody only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, information generated when you use Woody, and limited information from service providers that help us operate the Services.
Account and Profile Information
We may collect your email address, authentication user id, display name, profile information, app preferences, and account settings.
Fitness and Workout Information
We may collect goals, training preferences, workout plans, logged workouts, exercise history, sets, reps, weights, workout notes, schedule preferences, constraints, limitations, and injuries or pain information you choose to provide.
Voice and Coaching Information
If you use voice coaching, microphone audio is processed during the session so Woody can understand and respond to your request. Transcripts, commands, coach responses, workout actions, and related context may be processed or stored to provide voice coaching, workout logging, support, safety, and product improvement.
During live voice sessions, Woody's native WebRTC/Daily connection may access camera hardware APIs during setup even though video is disabled. Woody does not capture, record, store, or share photos or video.
We do not use Woody for emergency or medical-care communications.
Purchases and Entitlements
Subscriptions and paid access are handled through Apple in-app purchase and Superwall. We may receive subscription status, entitlement status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, renewal or expiration status, and related billing metadata. Woody does not collect or store raw payment card information.
Support and Feedback
If you contact us or submit feedback, we may collect your email address, contact information, message contents, category, status, and related support metadata.
Analytics, Device, and Crash Information
We may collect app events, feature usage, device type, operating system, app version, approximate region, IP address, performance information, error logs, crash reports, and diagnostic information.
3. Third-Party Processors
We use service providers to run Woody. These providers process information only as needed to provide, secure, analyze, bill for, and improve the Services.
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend infrastructure.
- Daily and Pipecat for voice transport and voice session orchestration.
- Deepgram for speech-to-text processing.
- Cartesia for text-to-speech processing.
- Google Gemini and OpenRouter for AI coaching, workout planning, and related model processing.
- Superwall and Apple App Store for subscription presentation, purchase handling, and entitlement status.
- PostHog for product analytics and usage measurement.
- Sentry for crash reporting, diagnostics, and error monitoring.
4. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Create, authenticate, operate, and manage accounts.
- Provide workout planning, workout logging, AI coaching, and voice coaching.
- Personalize workouts, coaching context, recommendations, and app preferences.
- Process subscriptions, verify purchases, and manage entitlements.
- Provide support and respond to feedback or deletion requests.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse and fraud, debug issues, and protect the Services.
- Measure app usage, app performance, and product quality.
- Improve the Services and develop safer, more useful features.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
5. AI and Fitness Guidance
Woody includes AI-powered features. AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. Woody does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, or medical care. Use your judgment, consult a qualified professional when appropriate, and stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, injury risk, or other concerning symptoms.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.
We may share information with the processors listed above, professional advisors, authorities when required by law, and parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not share health or fitness data with insurers, employers, or third-party advertisers.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account, process subscriptions, provide support, maintain security, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
You can delete your account inside the app. Account deletion removes your account and associated personal workout, profile, plan, coaching, and preference data from active systems, except where retention is required or permitted for legal, billing, fraud prevention, security, backup, support, or dispute reasons.
Apple may retain purchase and subscription records under its own policies. Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained for analytics, security, and product improvement.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so you should keep your login credentials safe and use the Services responsibly.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You may be able to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing of your personal information, depending on where you live. To make a request, contact us at wildhappyco@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You can manage Apple subscriptions through your Apple account subscription settings.
10. Children's Privacy
Woody is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Users ages 13 to 17 may use Woody only with parent or guardian consent.
11. International Data Transfers
We operate from India and may process information in India, the United States, Canada, and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, or other appropriate means.
